I conduct all appointment arrangements via email. Yes I have a phone but only answer it for expected appointments. I do not listen to voice mail and have disabled texts. For these reasons, I do not publish a phone number for contact.
I check my email constantly and try to be as prompt as possible. If I do not get back to an email, it means I am otherwise occupied in a situation that would render me even less able to speak on the phone. If I don't answer an expected call, I'm likely temporarily out of phone reach and will call the missed number right back. No need to leave a voice mail.
Please do not jump to conclusions if the day and time you request is not available. If I have no intention of booking you, I will tell you to find another therapist rather than use excuses.
New clients must be prepared to complete the intake form in advance of their desired first appointment. Incomplete or inadequate information usually results in deletion of form without a response.
